How long before my items are dispatched?
We do our best to have your items dispatched within1-5 days. Funds must be cleared before posting.
What postage is used to send my items?
We use Australia Post and always send with tracking.
Will there be a discount in postage if I buy multiple items?
Yes! We will combine postage to make it as reasonable as possible for multiple items.
Are my items insured with postage?
We advise you do take out insurance with Australia Post to cover any loss or damage to your items. If you require this, please let us know prior to us posting your item/items. We can give you quotes on what this will cost you upon request.
Can I return my item if I am not satisfied?
Yes! You can return your item/items within seven days as long as the item/items are in their original condition. You will need to pay for the postage back to us.
Can I swap my item for another one in your store?
Yes! We allow this as a one time offer provided the return agreement is met.
